Coordination Workflow

• As BIM Coordinator for the drylining package, I manage coordination against a federated model comprising architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, reviewed and issue-tracked in Revizto / BIM Collab / Navisworks in accordance with ISO 19650 and the project BEP.

• Clashes and discrepancies affecting our scope — wall type conflicts, fire rating misalignments, service penetrations — are investigated for constructability before being resolved directly in the model or escalated via formal RFI through CDE "Aconex". Issues are tracked through to verified closure within the project CDE, ensuring the drylining package remains coordinated and installation-ready ahead of each construction release.
